Shot entirely on the 53rd anniversary of Yukio Mishima’s suicide, Moon in Scorpio was filmed in a microcinema immediately following a screening of Mishima: A Life in Four Chapters.

The work functions as a ritual of reckoning—an exploration of the moment when parts of the self must symbolically die in order for something true to emerge.

This is not a film about closure.
It is a meditation on the sacred rupture:
a descent into the pain of shedding what no longer serves, and the flicker of power that appears in its place.

Thoth

Composed from thousands of still photographs running at 60 frames per second, THOTH descends into the compulsive loops that keep us tied to addiction — repetition, desensitization, failed escape, and the feeling of being trapped inside a pattern we can see but cannot seem to leave.

This is not a film about purity.
It is about interruption:
the moment the loop breaks, the artificial gives way to something living, and escape becomes visible.

Libra : Respect in diamonds

a REclamation

Libra: Respect in Diamonds began with the rare opportunity to photograph Frieda Harris’s original paintings for Aleister Crowley’s Thoth Tarot in London.

Usually encountered as small printed cards, the paintings become something entirely different at close range. Shot using 16mm and digital cinematography, the piece reveals their physical presence—color, texture, geometry, symbolism, and details easily lost in reproduction.

It also explores London itself, tracing symbolic language through architecture, ornament, public space, and the city’s occult history.

Formally, Libra was conceived in dialogue with Kenneth Anger, whose work similarly used Crowleyan imagery, saturated color, montage, and popular music to bring esoteric material into contemporary visual culture.

Rather than explaining the Tarot, the piece is an act of looking—at art, symbolism, the city, and the way hidden meanings remain visible in plain sight.
